Project Management is Your Job

Making it Easy is Ours

Project management isn't difficult, but most books and websites would have you believe it is.

Whether you're a new Project Manager, a recent college graduate, or thinking about taking the PMP® certification exam offered by PMI®, we're here to help you along the way.

We explain how to manage projects in plain English, because as a beginner, you'll need to learn the basics in everyday language in order to fully understand and comprehend everything.

Why do we target beginners like you?  Because when I was just starting out, I took a project management seminar offered by my employer and was the youngest, most inexperienced person in the room.  None of the concepts made any sense to me, and I knew that if I couldn't understand it, then lots of people out there couldn't understand it either.

Beginners are the ignored, neglected majority, often too afraid to ask for help and too proud to admit it.  Thanks to us, you don't have to live in confusion anymore.  We'll break it down for you so that it's very easy to understand, using real-world, everyday examples.

Where should you start?  That's up to you.  Our articles go in sequential order of the project management lifecycle, but feel free to start anywhere you'd like.  Here are the main categories:

When in doubt, search.  There's a lot of information to digest here, so make it easy on yourself and so a site search to find exactly what you're looking for.

Let's get started!
